Graham Warren has 20 years experience as a financial executive and consultant in the environmental, resource, biotech, manufacturing, service and software sectors. Mr. Warren was the chief financial officer of Umedik Inc. and was Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Med-Tech Environmental Limited, a subsidiary of Stericycle Inc. Mr. Warren currently is a director of two other public companies: director of Exile Resources Inc. (TSX-V:ERI) and also leads the audit committee of Hanfeng Evergreen Inc. (TSX:HF).
