Cameron Sturgess is a senior sales and marketing leader with over 20 years of success in the high technology/communications field. Mr. Sturgess has worked in both sales and general management at tier one companies such as Openwave, Juniper Networks, Cisco Systems and IBM, as well as start-ups and early stage companies such as Casero, Visual Defence and Netzentry. His experience includes senior-level sales and business development responsibilities, both in North America and in international markets.

Peter Gimon has a financial and engineering career spanning more than 25 years. He has extensive experience in financial and operational management of global organizations. Most recently, Mr. Gimon was the E.V.P. Finance, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer for RAND Worldwide, where he directed the privatization and sale of the company. Prior to RAND Worldwide he was Vice President, Controller, at ShawCor Limited where he directed global operations and initiated programs to increase cash flow, manage foreign exchange risk, oversee internal control compliance initiatives and integrate acquisitions. Prior to joining ShawCor, Mr. Gimon spent twelve years at Nortel Networks in a variety of increasingly responsible roles in the areas of financial and operational management, mergers and acquisitions, and treasury.

Andy Stein is an accomplished technology solutions developer with over 20 years experience and is the co-inventor of PowerCart™, a battery powered wireless workstation for the retail, logistics and health care industries. Mr. Stein has developed many successful programs which leverage wireless and battery-powered technologies. Prior to PowerCart, he was Sales Manager for On Power, responsible for the Retail Sector where he developed the mobile workstation concept. Previously he was the Canadian Area Director for Datatec Industries, an early leader in wireless technology, which delivered technology implementation for clients with multi-unit locations.

Peter Baranowski has expert qualifications in technology integration and major project deployment, networks, hardware and software development; he designed one of the earliest implementations of a Linux based supervisory control and data acquisition system, designed and implemented backbone microwave and wired communication infrastructure and inventor of patent pending communication technology for mining applications.
