Active Control Technology Inc. (ACT) is involved in the design, manufacture and marketing of wireless and fiber network solutions for mine communications, the commercial security and access control industries, as well as the design and integration of wireless battery equipped mobile platforms.

ACT has three product lines:

• ActiveMine™, a fully integrated wireless and/or fiber communications and locating technology for underground coal mines
• ActiveSecure™, a family of wireless products for the access control industry
• PowerCart™, an industry leading designer of wireless mobile platforms.

ACT's mission is to supply our customers with the tools to help their business grow: reliable, innovative products; authoritative wireless and fiber expertise; and support services to ensure optimum, trouble-free operation of our products.
